Bridget is a Certified Facilitator of Feeding Your Demons® and facilitates The Work of Byron Katie. Her teachers include Lama Tsultrim Allione, Tulku Sang Ngag Rinpoche, A.dzom Paylo Rinpoche, Drubpön Lama Karma, Tara Brach, Byron Katie, Stacy Zumbroegel, Solwazi Johnson, and others. Her passion lies in somatic healing modalities as well as in the richness of Tibetan Buddhist practices. She teaches regularly online at the Open Heart Project, for the Tara Mandala international Buddhist community, and leads retreats at other locations online and in-person. She is currently co-leading the development of the Mandala Method Certification Program at Tara Mandala. Bridget also mentors and teaches students one-on-one.
