Since beginningless time, our own minds have run wild and not served us as they have fallen victim to various afflictive emotions, suffering, depression, laziness, and other negative thought patterns. In this retreat we will learn to take the power of our own minds back, so that they serve us and not the other way around. We will learn and practice a variety of special techniques that come from the ancient meditation traditions of India, Tibet, and Bhutan to gradually bring our own minds under our control, so that we may begin to tap into our highest potential in our spiritual practice, interactions with others, careers, and daily life.
This retreat is open to all.
