Feeding Your Demons Workshop Leader Training - Dora

Thank you for your interest in joining us for our ongoing trainings in Feeding Your Demons®.

We are offering an online training for those interested in leading secular Workshops in Feeding Your Demons®, starting on February 7, 2026.

The online program is an experiential training that highlights key components of teaching Feeding Your Demons®, including: core content to be covered; how to structure a talk or workshop; setting up partner work; introducing the Hydra map and Extended Ally process; addressing particular challenges and questions that arise in teaching; establishing your seat as a Workshop Leader. You will deepen your study of the background of Feeding Your Demons®, and become familiar with research on the efficacy of the process. You’ll plan and offer a short FYD workshop on your own between training sessions, supported by fellow participants and your teachers. The format of the training is two online weekend retreats, a 2-hour talk; small group discussions; webcasts and assignments in-between.

Prerequisites for Workshop Leader Training:

• Have completed the Feeding Your Demons Group Facilitator Training.
• Have completed the Buddhist Track (Kapala Training) of FYD Levels I & II.

Upon successful completion of this training, you will be authorized to introduce and teach Feeding Your Demons® in public talks and 2-day workshops.  You will not be authorized to teach the Prajnaparamita practice, or any of the FYD Online Levels or Kapala Training.
