In this retreat we explore our inner landscapes and outer edges through innovative use of movement, sound, breath, and awareness. These practices, shared through the oral tradition and universal principles of Mystery School Teachings are intrinsic to the creation and regeneration of life. They support the development and integrity of our organism while naturally enhancing cellular memory, communication and connectivity throughout our matrix. As alchemy, these primordial tools liberate issues from the tissues, stir creation into existence, and awaken us to unexplored dimensions. Instructions:

Please bring Yoga props and things you like to sit on and snuggle into during our work together. Musical instruments and scarves welcome!

*Weather in September can be cold, particularly at night. If you are camping or staying in a yurt, please bring warm clothing and warm bedding.

Registration Process:

To register please email Chitra Giauque at chitragiauque@gmail.com with your room preference and any dietary restrictions. Tara Mandala offers three nutritious, wholesome vegetarian meals per day. To complete your registration you must send a $200 deposit to Chitra; email to arrange to send the deposit.

The last day to register is September 1. Full payment is due upon arrival at Tara Mandala.
